Indonesia - Single Origin
This is a "Wet Hulled" coffee, a process mostly distinctive to Indonesia. The mill ferments pulped coffee, dries it briefly, then sends it to have the coffee 'hull' removed and further dried. This unique processing creates a distinctive coffee.
This delicious espresso roast is full bodied, with notes of chocolate orange and vanilla cola.
Roasted to suit espresso brewing.

We believe in getting you the freshest roast we can, so all of our coffee is roasted to order. This means we keep minimal roasted coffee in stock. You may experience a couple of days gap between ordering and dispatch as we collate and roast your order.

All coffee is graded for quality, flavour and consistency soon after harvest. Specialty coffee is the highest grade and is reserved for coffees scoring above 80 out 100 by a panel of experts.
