Refund policy

Pre-Paid Subscriptions

These subscriptions entail pre-payment for a product and shipping for the term and delivery frequency agreed at checkout. If you would like to cancel your pre-paid subscription we will refund the amount paid for both the subscription and pre-paid shipping (if applicable), minus the greater of:

  • The value of any products and shipping already provided or
  • 25% of the total subscription price

Consumables

If there is a problem with your order or our product, please contact us at  hello@humblebrag.au to arrange a refund or replacement. We are unable to accept returns of consumable products (including unopened coffee beans and coffee pods). We do no offer refund or exchanges for change of mind.  

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product. 

Non Consumables

If there is a problem with your non-consumable order or product, please contact us at hello@humblebrag.au to arrange a return, refund or replacement. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must also notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do no offer refund or store credit for change of mind.

Damage and other issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
