1. Where's my discount? If you've made it here without the magic link, at checkout just enter the code: HUMBLECOFFEECLUB to receive your discount.

**Discount only applies to products on the Humble Coffee Club Page. All Orders will be delivered to the selected location.

2. Why can't I enter a delivery address? We've already got the delivery addresses for your location, no need to worry about that! You'll need to enter your billing address though.

3. What are my options for ordering? You can select any of the products from the Humble Coffee Club page.

- You can create a subscription for ongoing regular deliveries, or just a once off.

- You can select to have your product pre-ground for your preferred brew method.

4. Can I order a smaller size? Currently we're producing only the 1kg format. We're working on smaller sizes with the intent to introduce these in the near future. Watch this space!

5. Is there an order cutoff? Yep! We roast everything to order, so you get nice fresh coffee every time. Cutoff for orders is 2pm on the Tuesday the week of delivery (deliveries will be made on Fridays)

Once you order any of these products, you're in the club! We'll add your order automatically to your location's regular delivery.

1. When & Where will my coffee be delivered to? We'll deliver your coffee to the front desk of your location. The Community Team will then notify you via their parcel delivery notifications.

- HCC orders will be processed and delivered every 4 weeks, typically on a Friday (order cuttoff is the Tuesday immediately before).

2. How do I know which is my coffee? Each bag will have a sticker indicating what kind of deliciousness is inside. The community team will have a list of who ordered what.

3. Can I get an earlier or later delivery? Nope, sorry :( This model works by keeping everyone's orders together. You're welcome to order from our general public pages though!

1. Why subscribe? Personally, we hate running out of coffee, so we offer the option to make sure you have a regular supply that turns up when you need.

2. How does it work? Once you checkout and pay, your subscription is up and running! Your payment method automatically be charged every 4 weeks. And we'll deliver as arrange. Payment details are stored securely and can be edited at any time.

3. Can I make changes? Yep! Log in here. Once logged in, you can pause your orders, skip a month, update your details etc easily.
